There are hundreds, if not thousands, of people in Atlanta, that have a passion for cooking or baking, but who are not yet at the place, whether mentally, physically or economically, to open their own restaurant or to sell their wares in grocery stores.

How do you get from cooking for friends and family to actually having a restaurant? What comes first - having enough customers to be able to start a business? Have the business to be able to build up your clientele ? How can you do one without the other?

The Atlanta Nosh is an incubator for new food talent!

But that's not all - we'll have many local food entrepreneurs who create wonderful packaged food items, from Organic grass-fed Asian water buffalo meat to organic jellies, that you won't find in your normal grocery stores.

So, don't just come to eat, but to also stock your refrigerator and pantry and support local food creators.
